Each project includes a full set of assembly and erection drawings, clearly showing the position of columns, beams, bracings, and bolt connections — along with the exact installation sequence.
With these detailed documents, any local contractor can easily complete the installation, even without prior experience with Turkish steel structures.
Site Preparation Before Installation
Before starting the assembly, the local contractor must complete several key preparatory steps:
- Leveling and preparing the site according to the layout plan.
- Casting the concrete foundations, including precise positioning of anchor bolts during pouring.
- Preparing the necessary tools and equipment, such as cranes, torque wrenches, and safety gear.
These steps ensure a solid and accurate foundation for the upcoming steel structure installation.
🔹Bolt-Only Assembly — No Welding on Site
Once the concrete bases are ready and the steel members are delivered and sorted, the assembly process begins:
- Columns are erected and fixed on the anchor bolts.
- Roof beams and bracings are installed.
- Finally, roof and wall panels (such as sandwich panels) are mounted.
All connections are bolt-tightened only, with no welding required on site, which makes the process faster, safer, and more precise.
